Fees & Format

FEES

The Conference fee covers all conference materials and refreshments during the event. The payment of the Conference fee is processed solely via the Registration system (will be opened in January 2025), both online by credit card or by bank transfer.

No cash payments will be accepted on the spot.

We apply the following fee policy:

• Regular conference fee: 200 € for all participants except for the PhD students
• Reduced conference fee: 100 € for PhD students (students are required to provide a confirmation of the PhD status from their home universities)

The Conference fee is not refundable if the participation is cancelled.

CONFERENCE FORMAT

A two-day conference organised in a combined mode

• on-site (physical) presentations as the preferred mode of participation
• an online (virtual) block for those presenters of accepted papers who are unable to attend in person

Please note that onsite sessions will not be streamed and the only option how to access the full programme is to attend in person.

The same conference fee applies both for physical and virtual participation.
