It is a pleasure to inform you that the Faculty of Finance and Accounting University of Economics, Prague organises The 14^th Doctoral Conference. The Conference takes place on 31^st May 2013.

The Faculty highly promotes international research cooperation in the field of finance and accounting. The Doctoral Conference offers an opportunity for the doctoral students to present preliminary and/or final results of their research. The second aim of the Conference is to create a broad platform enabling doctoral students from all over the world to share their thoughts, visions, to discuss contemporary development in finance and accounting and thus to obtain references for their research and doctoral theses. 

In 2012, over 80 participants from all over the world met in Prague in order to present their papers and to establish the cooperation among research institutions in the field of young researchers. The Doctoral Conference of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting is the biggest conference solely focused on the doctoral students engaged in Ph.D. studies of finance and/or accounting in the Central and Eastern European region. 

We encourage the doctoral students to submit the paper to any of  the Conference thematic sessions depending on their research interest.

We look forward to meeting all interested parties (i.e. not only the doctoral students, but also their supervisors and other guests, if willing) at The 14^th Doctoral Conference of Faculty of Finance and Accounting University of Economics, Prague in May 2013.
